How to monitor an active game

You can monitor a Wittario game through the **game report**, which shows: * Participant progress and completion status. * Task completion rates and which tasks are challenging. * Time spent on tasks or the entire game. * For route or distance games, whether players follow the set paths. Reports can sometimes be exported for further analysis.

To monitor a Wittario game through the game report, you can do the following:

Open the game report:

Go to the menu and select “Game” or “Active games”.

Find the game you want to monitor and click on it to open its details.

There you will see a report or statistics tab.

View participant status:

Who has started or completed the game.

Number of points, completed tasks and progression per player.

Follow up on tasks:

See which tasks have been solved and how many have answered each task.

Identify any tasks that are difficult or poorly solved.

Monitor time and activity:

How long participants spend on tasks or the entire game.

See if participants follow the route or distance correctly (for route and distance games).

Export and share (optional):

Some reports can be exported to Excel or PDF for further analysis.

In short: the game report provides an overview of participant activity, task completion, and progression, allowing you to monitor how the game is going in real time or after it has been completed.

Gamemaster has started a game and wants to evaluate and see what players have answered.

In this game, the gamemaster has set up three tasks

Three different task types have been selected: Photo, free text and multiple choice task.

The gamemaster has chosen to evaluate the players' answers to photos and free text tasks himself.

The gamemaster has then set this choice before the game was started.

The gamemaster makes these evaluations directly for each player in the player view or in the task view.

Here, the gamemaster can give points to each individual answer to the photo and free text task.

In the game report, the gamemaster has an overview of the points, the number of players and what they answer at any time.

Here, the gamemaster can also create and distribute certificates and diplomas to the players.

If a route game has been selected, the gamemaster can get an overview of where the players are on the map. This can be shown on a map if the gamemaster wants to see this.

Gamemasters can also share all this insight and evaluation with multiple people.

You can give others permission to monitor the game as well as set points and evaluate responses from the players. This is done by adding others as game hosts. When this is done, it will appear here.

You can invite others to the game at any time.

If you want to stop playing, do this here

Remember that stopped games mean that the game code/QR code for the game becomes inactive. If you choose to start the game again, this will result in the game code/QR code being changed.

If you choose to delete the game, do this here. Remember that deleted games can be created within a certain time. No games disappear, as they are placed in the folder of deleted games.
