View all published activities in your organization
Administrators and owners can now view all published activities across their organization and manage them with the same permissions as a co-instructor.
As an administrator or owner, you can now see all published activities in your organization — not just activities you have published yourself or activities where you have been added as a co-instructor.
This gives administrators and owners a better overview of the activities running across the organization and makes it easier to monitor and manage them when needed.

What can administrators and owners do?With administrator access, you can:
- Monitor participants and results
- Review and assess answers
- Stop responses immediately or schedule when responses should close
- Stop an activity
- Add or remove co-instructors
Administrators and owners have the same permissions as a co-instructor when accessing these activities.
What can other instructors see?Regular instructors will continue to see only:
- Activities they have published themselves
- Activities where they have been added as a co-instructor
This means administrators and owners get an organization-wide overview without changing what other instructors can access.
